Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No! The Free plan is completely free and doesn't require any payment information. You can install Schedule4Later and start scheduling messages immediately.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is per Google Workspace, not per user. When you subscribe to Team or Unlimited, all eligible users in your workspace can use Schedule4Later according to your plan limits.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll have immediate access to the new plan's features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
On the Free plan, you won't be able to schedule additional messages once you reach your monthly limit. On Team plan, if your workspace grows beyond 100 users, you'll be prompted to upgrade to Unlimited.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no hidden fees or commitments.
How does billing work?
You'll be billed monthly or yearly depending on your chosen plan. We accept all major credit cards.
Will my subscription auto-renew?
Yes, subscriptions automatically renew to ensure uninterrupted service.
